membership As a Horizon Circle member, you will develop life-long business and personal relationships. Your volunteers service will put smiles on the faces of the elderly, serve meals to the hungry, provide safety and shelter to the abused, provide therapy and assistance to the disables, and give relief to victims of disaster.
